Food was pretty good but not as great as usual. Shakes, blizzards always great. Even though it was busy still very clean.

I have a very good friend who visits Cayucos once a year for a month. And during that month he goes to Foster Freeze in Morro Bay, every day. He Loves everything Foster. Anyway, I went there to get him gift certificates for his birthday.. they have gift books now. 25$ each with 5 - 5 & pages. Soo Cool!! A wonderful young lady Named Kimmy waited on me. She was soo nice and very helpful., and service with a nice smile!! Foster Freeze was pristinely clean as I looked around. There were several people in line and people inside weee talking about how good their food was. I recommend Foster Freeze as a great plaice to have a great meal!! And don't forget your ice cream!! And gift certificates!! They make great gifts!!

Legends in the game...leave your pretension at the door! Dip cone for the win....a true classic! Been coming here since 85' with the grandpa.....and at 52 it's still the spot!!! Long live Fosters!!!

Who doesn't love Fosters Freeze? I know I do. There is a reason that there is often a line waiting to order. This is some of the best ice cream around. My wife and I will often drive the 30 miles from Paso Robles just to come and enjoy the great cold treats! It may be a bit on the pricey side but, it's worth it! On a nice day, you usually want to sit a one of the tables outside. The inside dining area is nice too. The whole place can definitely get crowded on those busy, warm days! Just be prepared to wait. They will run out of some options on busy days too. But, it's always worth the wait to get yourself a great, delicious treat!

Always a go to stop whenever in Morro Bay! Always fast, old fashioned store front- very cool! Their ice cream will always be #1!

Fun fact: The Fosters Freeze franchise in Hawthorne, California is known to be the hamburger joint, where Beach Boys band member Dennis Wilson saw the girl in the Thunderbird he sang about in his song titled "Fun, Fun, Fun". Fosters Freeze serves soft serve ice cream cones and many different soft serve desserts. The menu is expanded with made-to-order hamburgers, fries, and other freshly prepared food items available. We like their corndogs, which are always cooked to a nice, golden color with a moist plump hotdog inside. Their french fries are crisp on the outside and pillowy soft on the inside. One star deduction for their cones and sundaes that we've ordered, as they tend to be small at their price point. There is inside seating with a few tables outside. The inside is always clean, and the friendly and helpful employees seem to work as a team.
